1. Terms Acceptance

By using LokSpandan AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of a company or political survey team, you represent that you have authority to bind them to these conditions.

2. Platform License

We grant you a lightweight client-side license to use the survey creator, response logs, and SVG analytics visualization engine. Because the database operates serverlessly on your own Google Drive storage account, you are solely responsible for compliance with any Google Drive quotas, API restrictions, or data access limits.

3. Payment & Subscription Upgrades

Access to advanced dashboards requires an active paid tier subscription. Subscription payments are routed via direct live UPI QR/deep links to the payee merchant. All activations are verified using bank reference UTR validations. We reserve the right to audit and terminate access in cases of verified payment rejection.

4. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any file sync errors, data corruption inside Google Drive, device geolocation failures, or drawing canvas signature trace inaccuracies. You assume full operational risk during field data collection campaigns.
